Shipping Carriers
- United States: UPS
- International (outside the U.S.): YunExpress (standard)
- International Express (DHL/FedEx): Available by request — please contact customer service to arrange/quote.
Delivery Time
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
1) Processing Time
0–3 business days.
Dyeing/bleaching colors, creating textures, or increasing density may require an additional 2–5 business days.
If you need urgent processing, please contact us as soon as possible.
2) Shipping Time (after dispatch)
United States: 2–7 business days.
International: Standard Shipping (YunExpress) 5–12 business days.
International Express (DHL/FedEx): 3–5 business days (by request; contact customer service).
Most customers receive their orders within 15 days (delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs, and local carrier performance).
Shipping Cost
United States:
Free shipping on orders $29+ for most addresses; $5.90 for orders under $29.
Note: Additional charges may apply to remote/outlying areas. Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.
International (outside the U.S.):
International shipping rates vary by destination and service level and will be shown at checkout.
Standard Shipping (YunExpress) is available for eligible countries/regions; some destinations or remote areas may have different rates.
DHL/FedEx Express is available by request — please contact customer service for availability and a quote.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For shipments delivered outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees required by the destination country/region. These fees are charged by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We do not collect, pay, or reimburse customs charges on your behalf.
Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery window. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes or cannot be cleared, any return shipping costs and/or re-delivery costs may be the buyer’s responsibility.
Other Important Notes
- If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
- Costs incurred due to address modification may be charged to the buyer.
- If the buyer cancels the order or returns the goods for personal reasons, the buyer may be responsible for any related shipping costs.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses: Delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
