The order delivery time is divided into two parts:
a. Processing time:
2-5 working days (Dying/ bleaching colors, doing textures, Increasing density need about 3-7 extra working days).
If you need urgent processing, please contact us as soon as possible.
b. Shipping time:
USA: 2-4 working days, Other Countries: 3-12 working days.
90% of domestic (U.S.) customers receive their orders within 7 days, and 90% of international customers receive their orders within 15 days.
Change Address or Other Urgent Matters
If you need to modify the shipping address of your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please be aware that we are unable to change the address for orders that have already been shipped, as we sometimes dispatch orders as soon as 1 hour after they are placed.
