We ship goods through DHL\FedEx\UPS\USPS\YunExpress.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

0-3 working days (Dying/ bleaching colors, doing textures, Increasing density need about 2-5 extra working days).

If you need urgent processing, please get in touch with us in time.

Shipping Time

Express Shipping (DHL\FedEx): 2-4 working days, Standard Shipping (YunExpress): 5-12 working days.

98% of customers can receive the goods within 15 days.

Shipping Cost

Express Shipping (DHL\FedEx):

FREE shipping on orders $59; $19.9 under $59.

Standard Shipping (YunExpress):

FREE shipping on orders $29$5.9 under $29.

And, the buyer will bear the following conditions:

  1. If the tariff appears in the country/region where the consignee is located, the buyer will pay the tariff.
  2. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to address modification.
  3. As the buyer cancels the order or returns the goods for his own reasons, the buyer shall bear this part of the cost.

*Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
*For PO Boxes and APO / FPO military addresses, the delivery may take up to 6 weeks. So we encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address.

Delivery Claims

  1. Undelivered Packages: If your package is not delivered or the tracking information shows that it has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please get in touch with us within 7 days to file a claim.

  2. Claims Process: We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that the claims process may take up to 30 days to be completed (depending on the carrier used).

Please note the following important information:

  • Ygwigs is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
