Your satisfaction is our goal.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it within 14 days ( from the date you receive it).
Helpful Hint:
1. The most important thing--Please email us at first: sales@ygwigs.com
2. Defective items or incorrect goods must email us within 14 days after you receive them. If over 14 days, we will not accept returns or refunds.
3. Customized wigs (Including custom cap size) will not accept exchange or refund, except for quality problems (a little color difference is not a quality problem: different monitors, different resolutions, the color will be slightly different).
4. For the return package, please keep it in its original state. (uncombed, unworn, unwashed, no dyeing, don’t cut the lace, don’t change the style, and keep original package & gifts attached). Do not use your hands or tools to disrupt the curls or texture.
5. For your convenience, we recommend shipping packages back by UPS/USPS with a tracking number. Please pay the shipping fee. Without proof of shipment, we will not refund you, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
6. We will deduct the corresponding cost if the products we get are used or damaged.
7. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that the customer refuses at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. Unauthorized rejection /return is not allowed at the time of delivery, and the buyer will bear the cost of the unauthorized rejection/return.
8. Except for the United States, returns from other countries may be subject to tariffs, and the buyer shall bear this part of the cost.
Refund:
1. We will email the return address and requirements; please do it as required.
2. Once your return package is received and inspected, we will email you whether you agree or reject the refund. If we agree, we will refund you by your original payment method within a certain number of days (usually two days); please ensure your account or credit card is valid.
3. If the customer has purchased expedited shipping, we will not be responsible for any delay caused by the courier service and will not refund the shipping fee.
Exchange:
1. Please return the products to us first. We will send the new products after we check them and find no problems.
2. Any excess payment will be refunded, and any deficiency will be repaid. If you want to exchange overvalued products, please pay for the extra; we will refund the overvalued part if you exchange low-value products.
3. If you urgently need an exchange, you can place a new order while returning the original item. We will process your refund once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our requirements.
