Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how to exercise that right and how refunds, return costs and deductions are handled. Your statutory rights are not affected by our general Refund Policy.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal function at the bottom of this page: select "Withdraw from contract here", then "Confirm withdrawal." You do not need a customer account. You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal by email (a durable medium) without undue delay.

Alternatively, you may inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — for example, an email to sales@ygwigs.com or a letter to [公司注册地址]. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal — refunds

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost we originally charged (except for any supplementary cost arising from your choice of a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees for this. We do not charge a restocking fee for the exercise of your withdrawal right.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and, where applicable, any import duties or charges arising on the return.

Deduction for diminished value

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying on a wig or hair piece to check its colour and fit is acceptable. However, wearing, washing, combing out, dyeing, cutting the lace, restyling, applying product to, or otherwise using the item beyond such inspection diminishes its value, and we may deduct a corresponding amount from your reimbursement. Please keep items in their original condition with original packaging where possible.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, where they were unsealed after delivery;
  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, custom-made wigs), except in the case of a quality defect;
  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

A slight colour variation due to different monitors, resolutions or lighting is not a quality defect.
