After your order, store credit equal to 3% of your purchase is added to your account. Apply it like cash at checkout on your next order.

Is YG Rewards free to join?

Yes. YG Rewards is completely free. Creating a Ygwigs account is all it takes to become a member — no fees, no credit card required, no purchase necessary to join.

How do I earn store credit?

Simply place an order while logged in to your Ygwigs account. After your order, store credit equal to 3% of your merchandise total after discounts (excluding shipping and taxes) is automatically added to your account. You can check your balance and full transaction history anytime — log in to your account, open the Profile tab, and look under Credit Rewards.

Do orders placed as a guest earn credit?

Store credit is tied to your Ygwigs account, so please log in (or create a free account with the same email you use at checkout) to make sure your credit is applied. If you placed an order before creating your account, contact us at support@ygwigs.com and we'll be happy to help.

Does my store credit expire?

No — store credit earned through YG Rewards never expires. It stays in your account until you use it. (Promotional or goodwill credit issued outside the program may occasionally carry its own expiration date, which will be shown in your Credit Rewards history.)

Can I use store credit with a discount code?

Yes. Store credit works like cash and can be combined with any valid discount code in the same order.

What happens to my credit if I return an item?

Store credit used on a returned order is refunded back to your account. Credit earned from a returned item is removed, since the purchase was refunded. See our refund policy for details.

Can I transfer my store credit to someone else?

No, store credit is exclusive to your account and cannot be transferred. If you'd like to treat someone, our gift cards make a great alternative.

YG Rewards is free to join and open to all Ygwigs customers. Store credit is issued as 3% of the qualifying order's merchandise total after discounts (shipping and taxes excluded), is redeemable only at ygwigs.com, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or sold.
