Cap size contains 6 sizes, Error within 0.5 inches is allowed. The circumference is the main size, if there are two or more different sizes, you need to provide us with all the sizes as shown in the figure below, and we will customize the cap for you.

Tips: Medium is a regular size, Small and others need customization (Need extra 1-3 days, don't hesitate to get in touch with us or note in the order).

Customized cap size will make the order into a custom order, refund requests other than quality problems are not accepted.

love the hair and can’t wait to finally wear this unit! only con to this unit is the size. i’d prefer a larger cap size but it wasn’t available. the hair is super soft and has minimal shedding even after shampooing, conditioning and bleaching the unit.

Great quality unit

The wig is the perfect density. Not too full not too thin... However my biggest and only problem is it’s not big head friendly. I requested a large cap but it’s still too tight

I love this headband wig so much. I asked for a larger cap size and it fits perfectly. The curls are beautiful. (16-inch, natural color). It fails at my jawline so the next one I order will be longer.

I love this wig. The curls are perfect. I got it in 18 inches but it looks like a 16. I wished I had gotten 20 inches instead. Even after washing the curls didn’t drop at all.

Please use a soft measuring tape and measure your head with your hair flat or braided down. Please send us all 6 measurements in inches:

Circumference: Measure around your hairline—from the front hairline, around behind the ears, to the nape, and back to the front.
Front to Nape: Measure from the center of your front hairline straight over the top of your head to the nape of your neck.
Side to Side: Measure from one side hairline to the other side hairline, across the top of your head.
Ear to Ear: Measure from one ear to the other, going across the top of your head.
Temple to Temple: Measure from one temple to the other around the back of your head.
Nape of Neck: Measure across the nape of your neck, from one side of the hairline to the other.
Please make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.

Important: A customized cap size is considered a custom order.
