Great customer service, not so great hair

The Double Drawn Water Wave in the Golden Brown color is performing okay, but I'm not overly impressed. Just one day after installation, I noticed that the hair wasn't holding its curl pattern as well as I expected, which was disappointing.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the customer service was excellent. The original length I ordered was out of stock, and the company upgraded me to a 20-inch bundle at no additional cost to ensure my order arrived on time. I truly appreciated that level of service.

Unfortunately, while the customer service exceeded my expectations, the hair itself did not. Based on my experience, I'm just not a fan of this particular texture.

Okay. I love it I got a lot of compliments, and my friends kept asking where I got it from. The color is so cute and the waves look really good.
