Processing normally takes 0–3 working days. Dyeing or bleaching colors, creating textures, or increasing density requires approximately 3–7 additional working days.
Please note that due to supply chain factors influenced by U.S. tariff policies, there may occasionally be a slight extension to our standard processing times.
If you need urgent processing, please contact us as soon as possible.
b. Shipping Time:
United States: 2–4 working days.
Other countries: 3–12 working days.
97% of domestic U.S. customers receive their orders within 7 days, and 90% of international customers receive their orders within 15 days.
Expedited Shipping (Overnight/Next-Day Delivery)
If you choose expedited shipping, we will first confirm your required delivery time and evaluate the estimated transit time. We will only recommend this option if it is feasible to meet your needs.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time, as it is controlled by the courier. We can only guarantee timely handover of your package to the courier.
No shipping fee refunds will be issued for courier delays.
